Refer to Directive 058: Oilfield Waste Management Requirements for the Upstream Petroleum Industry for information on how and when to use the Alberta oilfield waste form.

To order oilfield waste forms, send a request to InformationRequest@aer.ca specifying the number of forms required. Indicate the desired delivery option:

  • pick up at the AER Calgary head office,

  • delivery by a customer-provided courier (provide necessary shipping information)

  • delivered by an AER-determined courier, using a cost estimate to the shipping address (provide necessary shipping information)
