Placing a Product Order

To place an order, email informationrequest@aer.ca with the following information:

• contact information (name, address, and telephone number),
• product name and format, and
• any other information required in the “request by” field.

Exceptions to this ordering method include Tour Reports , products available at the Core Research Centre, and Specified Enactment supporting documents.

For the protection and security of financial information, please do not include credit card information; you will be contacted separately for method of payment.

Orders are distributed to the requestor only. It is the responsibility of the requestor to manage use and access within their organization as per the AER copyright and disclaimer.

Electronic products in this catalogue will be delivered via the following options:

• E-mail for data <10MB (If recipient’s e-mail permits)
• AER nonsubscription Microsoft Sharepoint (link)
• Microsoft Azure Storage Explorer

Product Pricing

Prices listed in the catalogue are in effect at the time of publishing and are subject to change. You may pay for products by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), direct deposit or charge to an AER account. The Core Research Centre also accepts cash and debit card for their services. Applicable taxes will be added to the listed product and services prices, including subscriptions.
