Systems include Public Notice of Application, Publication of Decision and Integrated Application Registry Query (IAR), OneStop Application Query, and Historical Applications and Decisions Database.

Routine Disclosure of public documents under the Public Lands Act may include the following information:

• Applications/amendments and supporting documents
• Approval, Leases (short term and long term), and Letter of Authority (LOA)
• Assignment of Disposition
• Inspection reports
• Regulator Temporary Field Authorization (RTF) formerly know as Temporary Field Authorization (TFA)
• Drilling Waste (D50)
• Decision letters (cancellation, renewal, rejection, etc.)
• Scanned historical information
• Reclamation Certificate
• Compliance (2014 to current can be found on the Compliance Dashboard)
• Memorandum of Registration (MOR)
• Industrial Wastewater and Runoff Reports
• Annual Disturbance Report
• Regeneration Vegetation Survey

Disposition types include the following:

• Mineral surface leases (MSL)

• Miscellaneous leases (MLL)

• Pipeline agreements (PLA) -

• Pipeline installation leases (PIL)

• Licence of occupation (LOC)

• Oil sands exploration (OSE)

• Coal exploration program (CEP)

• Vegetation control easement (RVC)

• Borrow Pits that meet the following criteria: oil sand, silt or clay materials are removed; the material are used to support an energy resource activity; the materials cannot be solid.
