Incidents reported to the AER from 1975 to present. The incidents are associated with wells, facilities, and pipelines and include the following:

• odour complaints
• flaring complaints
• public health complaints
• safety complaints
• lease management complaints
• reportable releases (per AER rules and directives)
• pipeline hits (per AER rules and directives)
