Description

Well logging is a process in which specialty tools are run down a borehole to take recordings at various depths of physical or chemical properties of the rocks and fluids penetrated or encountered by drilling the well.

Well logs are made available as submitted by the Licensee in LAS (digital) and RASTER (all image formats, including color) format.

One LAS record will equal one raw log and one raw log can have one or multiple curves.

Geological reports that go with well logs are not required to be submitted and therefore are not made available. See Reservoir Evaluation, Productivity, and Geological Studies for reports relating to the sampling of drill cuttings and core for geological and other analysis.
