Integrated Geological Database System (IGDS) Well File

Description

IGDS is a database containing reservoir evaluation data on a zone basis for the majority of wells in the province of Alberta. The database includes the following information:

• zone tops and bases for production or potentially productive zones
• porosity top and base of pay
• fluid interface depths if present
• net and gross pay thicknesses
• average porosity and water saturation values
• porosity and permeability cutoffs
• water resistivity where available

Layout Document: This product includes detailed descriptions of the record layout and data mode. For complex files, the layout documentation also includes descriptions of the source data, limitations, editing during file creation, and maintenance. (For TXT format only.)
