Many Applications and supporting documents are searchable, viewable and downloadable through a number of systems found on the AER Systems & Tools website. Systems include Public Notice of Application, Publication of Decision and Integrated Application Registry Query (IAR), OneStop Application Query, and Historical Applications and Decisions Database.

Performance reviews submitted by operators of in situ oil sands and experimental schemes. Performance presentations for experimental schemes are released to the website once the confidentiality period has expired. The Performance Presentations: In Situ product includes all documents submitted for the requested year. Files may be PDF, Excel, or PowerPoint.
