Many Applications and supporting documents are searchable, viewable and downloadable through a number of systems found on the AER Systems & Tools website. Systems include Public Notice of Application, Publication of Decision and Integrated Application Registry Query (IAR), OneStop Application Query, and Historical Applications and Decisions Database.

Unit Agreements

Description

The AER makes available unit agreements and production allocation unit agreements that have been submitted to Alberta Energy. These agreements contain the following:

• Unit Agreement
• Exhibit A Part I – Tract Participation
• Exhibit A Part II – Working Interest Owner Summary
• Exhibit B – Unit Area Map
• Exhibit C – Well Log

Optional additional exhibits may be contained within the unit agreement (i.e. Exhibit D - Unit Operating Agreement).

Unit operators and working interest owners can submit a request to view Unit Agreement Exhibit A via the Alberta Energy Electronic Transfer System.
