Certificate showing the following for a facility:

• licence number
• licensee
• location
• issue date
• energy development category
• authorizing signature

This certificate represents the most recent facility licence information (including after a transfer), and the only licence record for retrospectively licensed facilities (licenced prior to 2001 and where licence number is 25000 or lower).
