Description

The Licensing Activity report depicts current monthly license counts as of 1 week after the end of the specified month. The AER tracks licensing activity statistics as they can be used as an indicator for future drilling activity. The report reflects non-evaluation license counts for crude bitumen, crude oil, natural gas, and coalbed methane, in addition to evaluation bitumen wells and ‘other’ licenses.
