Attributes: Licence Number, Company Name and BA Id, Latitude, Longitude, Surface Location, Energy Development Category Type (EDCT), Design Capacity Rating Level, Licence Status, Licence Status Date, Max H2S Concentration, Non-Routine Licence (Y or N), Non-Routine Status.
