Attributes: Licence Number, Company Name, Latitude, Longitude, Surface Location, Energy Development Category Type (EDCT), Rating Level, Licence Status (Issued, Amended, Suspension, Re-Entered, Cancelled, Rescinded, Abandoned, RecCertified, RecExempt), Licence Status Date, Operational Surveillance Provision (Acid Gas, Sour, Critical Sour, Critical Sour Declassification, Class 1A Waste Disposal), Non-Routine Licence (Y or N), Non-Routine Status.
