Drilling Waste Management Disposal Forms contain post-disposal information identifying the drilling waste volumes generated, the storage systems used, the disposal methods used, disposal dates, the disposal locations and whether post disposal sampling was required after disposal.

**Prior to 2012 the data was not required to be submitted.
